Meet the Chef |
All desserts are hand crafted by Beth Ransick, the head chef and owner of Superfine Sugar. Beth was professionally trained at the California Culinary Accademy in San Francisco, CA.
Beth also has extensive experience as an executive pastry chef having developed and produced pâtisseries supérieures in several top restaurants and bakeries in the Cincinnati area.
